It has been said that one can take a cup of tea to cure this laziness, or pull happiness in a cigarette. They think that the food will be digested to do so. But in reality this habit is harmful for health.

Researchers have forbidden five things after heavy food. These are sleeping, smoking, bathing, eating fruits and wanting to drink.

Researchers say tea leaves are acid-rich, which can affect digestion process. Tea drinks after heavy food disrupts the body's iron or iron absorption process. Tea can be taken one hour before eating heavy meals or one hour after eating heavy meals ,but not immediately.


The food does not digest properly if you fall asleep immediately after eating . Smoking after heavy food is the equivalent to taking 10 cigarettes.

 Bathing is not right after the meal. The digestion process is delayed. During bath, blood flow around the abdomen goes to other parts of the body. Metabolism can be interrupted.

Many people say, fruits should be eaten before heavy food. Because the fruits are digested easily.One should eat fruit  one hour before heavy meal or two hours after the meal.but taking fruit immediately after heavy meal  hampers digestion system.
