Suppose you went to ATM counter and you did not get money but amount has been deducted from your bank account .Often such incidents occur. Perhaps you have been victims of such incidents. If there is a dilema from now on, there is no reason to worry.
In this case you will not get your money back. On the other hand, you will get Rs. 100 fine every day due to this harassment.
According to the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India 2007, if your money is not refunded within seven working days, then the bank will pay Rs.100 to the customer every day. But the customer will also have to apply to the bank within 30 days along with bank statement.
